In March 2024, Oculeap partnered with a Dubai-based entertainment entrepreneur to bring a high-energy arcade attraction to a busy family entertainment center near Dubai Hills. The client had the venue and vision but lacked technical expertise, so we stepped in to handle everything from layout planning to final deployment. Our team customized the floor plan to accommodate both the Speed Racing triple-screen simulator and the VR Time Travel 360° dual-seat unit, ensuring optimal traffic flow and safety compliance. We managed reinforced flooring for the 6-DOF motion platform, power routing for the 6000W systems, and full integration of coin-drop and card-reader payment options.
Installation was completed in early April 2024, followed by rigorous system calibration, staff training, and two days of stress testing with local users to guarantee performance and safety. The grand opening drew immediate attention—the racing simulator quickly became a competitive group favorite, while the VR 360 ride attracted repeat visitors with its immersive motion and shooter games. Within months, the client saw consistent peak-hour occupancy and strong walk-in revenue. Oculeap continues to provide remote technical support and regular game updates, ensuring the operation stays fresh, reliable, and profitable over the long term.
Looking ahead, the client has already expressed strong interest in expanding their attraction lineup with Oculeap’s Monster Jeep off-road simulator or the immersive VR Cinemax theater.
