In August 2025, Oculeap embarked on a comprehensive turnkey venture in Algeria, transforming a raw commercial space into a cutting-edge entertainment hub. Our team handled everything from the initial 3D spatial design to the final aesthetic finishing touches. We strategically deployed a dual-attraction layout: the high-octane, 6DOF Monster Jeep VR simulator to draw in thrill-seekers, and the multi-sensory Leap Theater to accommodate larger groups with its 4K curved screen and wind/water effects. The provided project archives capture this rigorous journey—from the early technical drafts and raw equipment shipments to the glowing “SUPER MARKET” exterior signage and the final installation of the vibrant, custom-upholstered dynamic seats. By managing the logistics, on-site assembly, and system calibration entirely in-house, Oculeap ensured a seamless launch, delivering a fully operational, ready-to-earn venue to our Algerian client on schedule.
Phase 2: Operations, Revenue Generation, and Rapid ROI
Once the doors opened, the venue immediately transitioned into a high-yield profit engine, validating Oculeap’s end-to-end business model. The visual evidence from the successful case files—showcasing packed houses and enthusiastic crowds gathered around the glowing Monster Jeep and inside the Leap Theater—demonstrates the immense local demand. By combining the interactive game buttons and exclusive movie content of the Jeep with the immersive, continuous content flow of the Theater, the client maximized ticket sales and extended visitor dwell time.
