In late 2024, a forward-thinking investor in Amman, Jordan, approached Oculeap with a vision to transform a 5,000-square-foot retail space into a premium, family-friendly entertainment destination. Instead of just selling hardware, Oculeap acted as a true one-stop turnkey partner. Our in-house design team started by crafting a custom floor plan that perfectly integrated the immersive 6-DOF Speed Racing simulator at the venue’s entrance to draw in foot traffic with its futuristic 3-screen cockpit and neon blue lighting. Moving deeper into the arcade, we installed the towering dual-player Zombie Frenzy VR shooting booths, featuring their striking orange and black industrial design and 65-inch displays. To ensure maximum family appeal, we strategically placed automated self-serve cotton candy machines beside the ticket redemption area, and built a dedicated, high-capacity 4-player shooting simulator station. The installation process was seamless; our logistics team handled overseas shipping to the Port of Aqaba, and our specialized engineers flew out to complete the electrical wiring, game networking, and rigorous on-site calibration, officially unveiling the park in the summer of July 2025.
The grand opening was a massive success, generating massive buzz across Jordan’s social media channels due to the unique, eye-catching attraction lineup. However, our partnership didn’t stop at opening day. Oculeap provided comprehensive staff training covering basic game mechanics, VR hygiene protocols, and the operational handling of the cotton candy machines and pricing software. Through our ongoing digital support, we helped the client optimize their game token pricing and implement a dynamic loyalty program, which drastically increased repeat visits. A year later, the arcade has become a local hotspot, efficiently maximizing revenue per square foot. Thanks to Oculeap’s reliable remote technical support and the durability of our hardware, the client continues to enjoy high uptime and minimal maintenance costs.
