Oculeap partnered with an Azerbaijan entrepreneur to design a high-traffic entertainment hub. We strategically recommended a dual-anchor setup: the VR Time Travel for social 360-degree VR adventures and the Speed Racing simulator for hardcore, 6-DOF competitive racing.
2. Delivery & Installation (December 2023)
Our technical team traveled on-site to manage the full setup. We expertly assembled the VR Time Travel (calibrating its rotation, dual screens, and 5-point safety harnesses) and the Speed Racing unit (fine-tuning its 6-DOF motion platform, adjustable seat, and triple-screen display).
3. Testing & Commissioning
Before launch, Oculeap rigorously tested both machines. We verified the 24 multiplayer games and shooting mechanics on the VR unit, and calibrated the authentic steering wheel, gear, and pedals on the racing simulator. Staff were fully trained on safety protocols, including the dual emergency stop buttons and coin-op systems.
4. Grand Opening & Engagement
The late December launch was an instant hit. The neon-lit aesthetic and immersive surround sound drew large crowds. The VR Time Travel became a social hub for groups, while the Speed Racing simulator attracted players seeking a premium, realistic driving experience.
5. Profitability & Operational Success
The venue quickly achieved strong ROI. The VR Time Travel’s 24-game library ensured high replay value, while the Speed Racing simulator’s realistic feedback justified premium pricing. Through customizable coin settings and high foot traffic, Oculeap successfully delivered a complete, profitable business solution from concept to cash flow.
